End User License Agreement

Effective August 13, 2026

This EULA is a legal agreement governing your installation and use of the Poe2-Crafter Windows application. If you do not agree, do not install or use the application.

1. Limited license

Subject to an active Free Trial or membership, you receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to run the applicable package for personal use on one authorized Windows computer.

2. Package scope

Free Trial, Tier 1 and Tier 2 packages expose different features. Installing a package does not grant features outside the account entitlement. Membership access ends when the authorized period expires.

3. Restrictions

You may not share, sell, sublicense, publish or redistribute the application or license; bypass computer binding or trial limits; forge or alter a license; remove ownership notices; probe protected services; or use the application to attack, disrupt or gain unauthorized access to any system.

4. User-controlled operation

You choose all items, targets, currencies, positions and workflows. Safety checks reduce accidental input but cannot guarantee a game result. Review the captured item and required Currency Layout entries before starting, keep the game visible and use F2 to stop immediately.

5. Updates

The application may check the Poe2-Crafter website for a published version notice. It does not silently install an update. You choose when to open your account and download the new package.

6. Data and credentials

The application verifies access with the Poe2-Crafter account service and links access to a non-reversible computer identifier. It does not need your Path of Exile password; only your Poe2-Crafter site credentials belong in the application.

7. Third-party services

Path of Exile 2, exchange data sources, Plisio and Windows are governed by their own terms. No third-party service is controlled by Poe2-Crafter, and continued availability is not guaranteed.

8. Termination

This license ends automatically when access expires or if you materially breach this EULA. When the license ends, stop using and delete unauthorized copies of the application.

9. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the software is provided “as is.” Poe2-Crafter does not guarantee modifier outcomes, item value, profits, uninterrupted availability or continued compatibility with any game version.

10. Support

Support is available through the official Discord link on the Poe2-Crafter website. Support will never ask for your Poe account password.
