Terms of Service
Effective August 13, 2026
These Terms govern use of the Poe2-Crafter website, accounts, memberships, downloads and support. By creating an account, purchasing access or using the software, you agree to these Terms and the End User License Agreement.
1. Accounts
You must provide an accurate email address, verify it for account recovery, protect your password and notify support if you believe your account has been compromised. Accounts and memberships may not be sold, shared or transferred.
2. Memberships and payments
Tier 1 costs $10 per 30 days and Tier 2 costs $18 per 30 days unless a checkout page states otherwise. Payments are processed by Plisio. API checkout creates a unique invoice for the signed-in account and access begins only after a signed Plisio callback confirms the full payment. Blockchain processing time, underpayment or incorrect details may delay activation.
3. Free Trial
The Free Trial provides six consecutive hours on one computer. Reinstalling Windows, changing network addresses, deleting files or creating another account does not grant a new trial on the same computer.
4. Computer-bound access
A membership uses a non-reversible computer identifier and server-side account verification. The first authorized computer is bound to the membership. Circumventing this check, sharing credentials or redistributing a package is prohibited.
5. Game rules and acceptable use
You are responsible for deciding whether and how to use Poe2-Crafter. Your use must comply with all applicable laws and the current Path of Exile and Path of Exile 2 rules. Poe2-Crafter does not inject into the game process, read process memory or access hidden game data. It operates through the visible interface, user-selected screen positions and item tooltip text that the game allows the user to copy. Grinding Gear Games may change its rules at any time. Poe2-Crafter is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Grinding Gear Games.
6. Economy information
Exchange routes, ROI, volume and profit projections are estimates based on delayed or third-party data. They are not financial advice, guaranteed prices or executable orders. Confirm every ratio and available stock in the game before trading.
7. Availability and updates
Features, data sources and compatibility may change when the game or external services change. We may release security or compatibility updates and may retire unsafe versions. Scheduled and emergency interruptions may occur.
8. Warranty and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, crafting outcome, trade profit or continued game compatibility. You remain responsible for your account, items, currency and computer.
9. Suspension
Access may be suspended for chargeback fraud, license tampering, credential sharing, package redistribution, attacks on the service or other material breaches of these Terms.
