Privacy Policy

This policy explains the limited information Poe2-Crafter uses to operate accounts, payments, downloads, support and computer-bound access.

1. Information we process

We process your username, password hash, optional verified email address, membership tier and expiry, Plisio transaction reference and confirmed USD amount, download events, security events and a non-reversible computer identifier hash. Raw hardware serial values and plaintext passwords are not stored.

2. Why we use it

This information is used to authenticate you, recover your account, match and verify payments, provide the correct package, enforce one-computer access, prevent repeated Free Trials, investigate abuse and provide support.

3. Service providers

Cloudflare hosts the website, account database and protected packages. Plisio processes cryptocurrency invoices and sends signed payment status updates. The configured transactional email provider sends verification and password-reset messages. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

4. Security

Passwords are salted and hashed. Browser and desktop sessions use random tokens stored as hashes on the server. Desktop tokens are protected by Windows on the authorized computer. Sensitive provider keys remain server-side. Security-sensitive actions are rate limited and recorded without exposing raw computer identifiers.

5. Retention and choices

Account, payment and license records are retained while needed for access, support, fraud prevention and legal obligations. Expired security tokens are removed automatically. Contact support through the official Discord link to request an account review or deletion, subject to records that must be retained for security or legal reasons.
